Have you continued to see your usual health practitioner but really haven’t seen much improvement in your symptoms. They may have found ‘nothing wrong with you’ or the treatment you have received doesn’t seem to have helped you much. It may be time to try something different.
Most people look to food changes to try to improve their health. Some foods may cause problems. Other foods may help your situation.
